| Paternalistic leadership,which is an important leadership in the Chinese organizations,is often seen in the recent scholars’ researches.More and more studies have shown that leaderships take significant impacts on the work attitude and behavior of employee’s.Researches about the paternalistic leadership how to take impacts on employee’s performance,satisfaction and other aspects are very abundant.Scholars discussed the mechanism of its work principle,and obtained many valuable results.With the enrichment and development of leadership theory,the scholars found that leadership theory is too simplified,so the scholars take leadership-followership as a whole to do research.This is helpful to make the leadership theory more complete.Taking existing researches as important basis,this paper put paternalistic leadership and followership of post-90 s employee in a model,and attempts to put Psychological empowerment into the model as a mediation variable.To explore the dimensions of paternalistic leadership under the function of psychological empowerment,what kind of impact will place on the followership of post-90 s employee?Mature scales are used to gauge 3 variables.And they are taken tests on300 different kinds of followers in this paper.Using SPSS19.0 to analyse data firstly,then taking AMOSS22.0 analyse data deeply.Based on the results,the following conclusions are given.(1)Paternalistic leadership has a significant impact on followership of post-90 s employee.Authoritarian leadership and benevolent leadership play a major role,and moral leadership mainly takes effects on dimension of respects and learning and authority.(2)Psychological empowerment of post 90 s employee plays a mediating role between paternalistic leadership and followership of post 90 s employee.And this intermediary role mainly reflects on the relationship between authoritarian leadership and followership of post-90 s employee,and on the relationship between benevolent leadership and followership of post-90 s employee.But it does not work on the relationship of moral leadership and followership of post 90 s employee. |
