Research On The Green Development Of Logistics Industry In Guizhou Province Based On Industrial Organization Optimization

With the increasingly tight constraints of environmental resources,In order to reduce the damage to the environment caused by economic developments and realize the sustainable development of economy,the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,in 2015,puts forward that we must firmly establish and implement the five development ideas include innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing.As China's second major polluting and energy consumption industries Logistics industry has caused great pressure on the natural environment and non renewable energy.Under the green development concept,in oder to achieve leapfrog development and sustainable development,it is important for Guizhou province to Explore the industrial organization mode of logistics industry to realize green development.In order to explore the organizational model in favor of backward areas to achieve the green development of the logistics industry,this paper firstly studies the current situation of the development of logistics industry in Guizhou province,analyzing the total industry pollution emission,industrial efficiency,agglomeration level of the logistics industry in Guizhou province and find that there are many problems of Guizhou province's logistic industry includes the total level is low,low degree of marketization,disorganization,blocky distribution etc.The drawback hindered the efficiency of the logistics industry in Guizhou Province and is not conducive to the realization of green development.Secondly,taking into account the non expected output of the whole to productivity(MML index)of the logistics industry in Guizhou province to calculate the level of green efficiency.It has found that the green efficiency of logistics industry in Guizhou province has been in a state of progress since 2008.But the green efficiency of logistics industry in Guizhou province is mainly brought by technological progress,whereas the technical efficiency is not high,and even appears a setback.The increasing investment in the introduction of logstic industry in Guizhou has a low technology transformation efficiency.This may be due to the backward logistics industry in Guizhou Province,the level of professional and technical personnel are low.On this basis,to further explore what kind of organization mode is conducive to the realization of the green development of logistics industry.Based on the summary of the organization mode of the change in the information background,demonstrating whether the level of logistics industry agglomeration and the level of integration is conducive to the growth of logistics industry output value and whether it is conducive to the decline of the logistics industry's energy consumption.It is found that the level of logistics agglomeration and the level of integration are both beneficial to the realization of the above two.Therefore,it is proposed that the development of logistics industry can be promoted by constructing a multi-level network supply chain system and based on the system put forward the mechanism of realizing green growth of logistics industry in Guizhou province.Generally speaking,this article starts with the current situation and problems of logstic industry in Guizhou province,studied the organizational structure of green logistics industry from the angle of industrial organization optimization,And on this basis,Putting forward the green growth mechanism and related policy recommendations on the development of logistics industry in Guizhou province.
