Research On Social Responsibility Of Real Estate Enterprises

As is known to all,the active of the social economy depends on the enterprise,the enterprise behavior is related to the development of the whole society.However some contemporary enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility of the fragments,have been harmful to the public consumption and even lead to rapid social and economic growth in the loopholes,hindered the development of the society,such as "Sanlu poisonous milk powder",Sudanhong,Lean meat essence,dyeing steamed bread,bean curd dregs and so on.But in recent years,the real estate industry have made outstanding contribution to promote an important force in the national economy,in the people live and work in peace,they improve their living conditions and promote the process of urbanization.many of enterprise have a strong sense of social responsibility of real estate developers,such as improving continuous development,taking the initiative to assume the responsibility to society,improving the quality of commercial housing,and promoting the construction of the community,to participate in social charity and relief,to participate in the construction of affordable housing,to pay taxes according to law,and to provide employment opportunities and so on,It has made contribution for the construction of the socialist harmonious society.However,we also see,with the rapid development of the industry,real estate enterprises while exposing the some problems to be solved,such as false advertising,parts of the development and supply structure is not rational,housing prices rose too fast,the real estate market order and chaos outstanding problems.A few more enterprises irregularities development,in order to maximize the pursuit of interests take land hoarding,drive up prices,false advertising,published irresponsible remarks,serious impact to the real estate market sustained and healthy development and social stability and harmonious situation.Research on real estate corporate social responsibility,can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises in our country,promote the harmonious development of society and enterprises,is conducive to the realization of the sustainable development of China's society.This paper is mainly based on the theory of real estate industry related theory as a guide,followed with a real estate,introduces in detail the status and characteristics of real estate enterprises of our country,put forward the existing problems and the reasons of the problems,and with reference to the foreign mature real estate experience,put forward the improvement of social responsibility to take feasible countermeasures and methods to form the feasible solution.The first part of this paper is the introduction,focusing on the purpose and significance of the research of real estate corporate social responsibility,as well as the theory of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad.The second part and the third part is the related theory and its research review,laying of real estate enterprises social responsibility theory;the fourth part is a real estate enterprise social responsibility status and problems,including introduce enterprise status,social responsibility and the lack of social responsibility.The fifth part is the introduction of the experience of the construction of corporate social responsibility in developed countries,and the inspiration for the construction of real estate enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.
