Corporate Social Responsibility is the concentrated reflection of market economy ethics spirit, is the basic requirement of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics. As a certain form of social norms, law adjusts certain social relations by setting and checking and balancing the rights and obligations, law requires companies to reform the social responsibility, is beneficial to the our country enterprise misfortune, practices social responsibility actively, maintains the public image of the enterprise, improves enterprise management level and core competitiveness. At the same time, the full implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way in2020, also has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.The real estate industry, which is related to many industries and has a long industrial chain, plays an important role in the development of related industries, employment, the construction of China’s urbanization and the development of the national economy. However, the real estate industry not only made a contribution to economic development, but also brought a series of contradictions to our economy and society. China’s real estate prices remain high and continues to rise, The quality problem of commercial housings emerge in endlessly, these problems lead to the numerous contradictions of China’s consumers and the real estate business, it also become an important factor in China’s economic and social sustainable development. Facing to these complex contradictions, it is urgent that the real estate business need to face contradiction status squarely, to improve Corporate Social Responsibility, to increase the social responsibility of the real estate enterprises to the government, consumers and the ecological environment, to improve the social impact of the real estate business.In this paper, a real estate development cell as an example, statistics of the community residents in the form of questionnaire for the evaluation of real estate enterprises, from the perspective of customer satisfaction to evaluate the real estate enterprise social responsibility fulfillment situation for consumers. First, according to the customer satisfaction theory CCSI model, establish the social responsibility evaluation index system of the real estate business-to-consumer social responsibility that based on customer satisfaction, and then analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the attribute weights of each index system, questionnaire was used to obtain the data that consumers’evaluation of the fulfillment of the real estate Corporate Social Responsibility, finally, to use simple weighted average method to get the final evaluation results of the real estate enterprise social responsibility fulfillment situation for consumers. Moreover, according to the evaluation situation, the author pointed out that the main problems in the process of China’s real estate enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility for consumers and put forward specific measures, in order to provide the reference to improve our country real estate enterprise social responsibility work.
