| State-owned enterprises is the important pillar of the economy in our country,and southwest state-owned enterprises occupying the important status of market economy,as the economic development of southwest made great contributions.With the continuous development of economy,state-owned enterprises in southwest employees working content complicated,to the employee’s work ability is more and more demanding.In complex and difficult to solve the difficulties and problems,will seek help from experienced colleagues and leadership,timely solve the problems on work or work outside.Based on state-owned enterprises in southwest employees as the research object,explore the employees’ proactive personality influence on help-seeking behavior,and introduce power distance as regulating variable in-depth research.On the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature,the employees’ proactive personality is divided into initiative and tenacity,classified as tools help-seeking behavior and emotion help-seeking behavior two dimensions,power distance to a single dimension,according to the relevant literature,to build the research model,put forward the research hypothesis.Using SPSS22.0 to research hypothesis testing of the survey data,get the conclusion: tools help-seeking behavior and emotion help-seeking behavior,respectively has the positive influence;Power distance of tools help-seeking behavior,emotion help-seeking behavior has a negative impact;Power distance in initiative,resilience and tools help-seeking behavior,emotion help-seeking behavior,have the effect of negative regulation.According to the research conclusion and southwest state-owned enterprises employees’ proactive personality on help-seeking behavior present situation,this article from the employees’ proactive personality,help-seeking behavior and power distance perspective put forward three aspects of human resource management: Introduce talents for state-owned enterprises in southwest China,training staff proactive personality traits;Structures,state-owned enterprises staff help system in southwest China,contributing to employees for help behavior;Building the harmonious culture environment of state-owned enterprises in southwest China,lower power distance employees. |
