With the continuous development of China's economy and society, the competition between enterprises is increasing, the important problem of how to realize the comprehensive management of the employees become the enterprises concerned, in this process, we must improve the comprehensive on the different levels of staff performance appraisal system, so as to realize the human resources effective management.This paper mainly to Z company for analysis and study of employee performance evaluation system of building enterprises. Making full use of the literature research method, qualitative analysis method, questionnaire survey method based on the related theoretical analysis. From the performance appraisal system, participation degree, index system, evaluation method, process control, results many aspects of feedback and application of existing Z company staff performance appraisal problems and the reasons for deep mining and analysis. And from the purpose and principles of performance appraisal, the whole idea of system design, system design of the preparatory work, Z company staff employees at all levels of establishment and implementation of evaluation system etc. The performance appraisal system to optimize and improve, and effectively design the index system and its weight. Finally,from the idea of improving the performance appraisal system, improve the system specific implementation, implementation and feedback of the results and applications of the improved design of the performance appraisal system of Z company , so this study can achieve to improve the comprehensive optimization of Z company appraisal system, so it has a certain practical value.
