With the development of creative industry and agricultural tourism, the creative agriculture beganning to rise.The high integration, high quality and high value added of creative agriculture bring the new development impetus to the agricultural industry.Creative agriculture experience park is an important carrier of creative agriculture.At present, the research on creative agriculture experience park is lacking in China. The research contents are mainly focused on creative agriculture industry and economy. There are few researches on the planning and design of creative agriculture experience park.Lack of systematic theory guidance,the construction of creative agriculture experience park will be wrong.Hangzhou is one of the fastest growing regions of creative agriculture experience park development in China.Although creative agriculture experience park construction has achieved some success,in general, it is still in its infancy and development is facing many problems.This paper discusses the rise, concept, characteristics and types of creative agriculture, and combined with the theory of creative agriculture experience garden, namely, creative economics,"place" spirit theory, agricultural multi-functional theory, landscape planning and design theory, putting forward the connotation, type, creative subject and operation system of creative agriculture experience garden. On the basis of discussing the development situation of Hangzhou area and the present situation of creative agriculture experience park, this paper puts forward the main characteristics and development pattern of creative .agriculture experience park in Hangzhou area.And on the basis of research, summed up the analysis of its main problems.In view of the problems existing in the creative agriculture park in Hangzhou, the paper puts forward the planning and design method.From creative agriculture experience garden creative basis, analysis of its creative resources and creative strategies.Simultaneously based on the principle of rational positioning and scientific planning and design, this paper expounds the planning content and design strategy of creative agricultural experience park in Hangzhou area, including site condition analysis, land use planning, spatial layout, functional partition and landscape design strategy and cultural connotation strategy, and providing theoretical guidance for the construction of creative agricultural experience park in Hangzhou area.Finally, taking the planning and design practice of Wulongshan creative agriculture industrial park in Fuyang as an example, practice and feedback on these creative strategies and planning and design methods and verify its feasibility, and also for Hangzhou area creative agriculture experience garden planning and design to provide a case, so that the proposed planning and design theory has practical significance.
