Research On Evolvement Mechanism Of Tourist Village Space Of ShangWang In Xi’an Metropolitan

Rural tourism promote rural tourism and the rising of Tourist Villages.The development of Tourist Villages change the trending of hollowing-out and failing,promote means of livelihood and increase the income,as well as the Rural transformation development and beautiful Rural building,Tourism poverty alleviation’s most important The starting point.The using and competition in the space of Tourist Villages by different stakeholders have caused the settled Land use function and Space form drastic change,and the original planning fall behind the development and cause a lot of problem.So we should start the research of space development and summarize the evolvement mechanism of village space,and Planning coping strategies.Metropolitans are the important space where the Tourist Villages develop most fast with rice types as well as the main Spatial agglomeration area.So the research choice the Xi’an metropolitan,explore the Tourist Villages developing process and type division,use spatial analysis method to analysis the spatial distribution characteristics.Promote the land use classification system,choice ShangWang,invert Land use change in different periods and use spatial expansion intensity index,Spatial function change index to analysis material space evolution process,use SEM to analysis social space evolution process,route and spatial perception.At last,system discuss different factors of influential effect in different stage of the development of village space,Shangwang.Propose some advice to improve the problems in the village space and promote the rural tourism to have a strong competition.The main research results:(1)Considering the special and complexity,according to the classification standards,the research promote a new Land use classification system with fourteen first class,twenty-one second class.(2)Tourist Villages in Xi’an metropolitan have finished germination development and brand three stages,have been formed to the reception of leisure and sightseeing agriculture,folk leisure and creative experience of diversified type.In the metropolitan area,the spatial distribution of Tourist Villages is concentrated,and development two hot spots in the southern region of Qinling Mountains,and the tourist area of the northern plain sightseeing agricultural tourism village.The natural ecological environment,the transportation network system,the density of tourist attractions and the natural endowment of agricultural resources are the factors which impact the space distribution of Tourist Villages.(3)The development of village space,ShangWang,conforms to the tourist destination life cycle theory,experiencing infancy stage,participate in the development stage,mature stage,stagnant stage,transition stage.Dramatic changes happened in participate and transitionstage.(4)The evolution of material space of ShangWang experienced slow development stage in 2000-2005 years,rapid development stage in 2006-2010 years and transformed development stage in 2011-2015 years.In the whole process,the land use level expansion and three-dimensional expansion intensity increasing,and between different types of land use conversion has diversified,space intensive use and balanced configuration degree also increased;the tourism function of land has increased,spatial function change from traditional agricultural function for leisure and entertainment folk,culture leisure and health,farming experience,catering shopping,tourism services,tourism services turn to the tourism destination,which changes the traditional agricultural village spatial function transformation at the same time,the village functions also changed;and through the United Huizhou single building and features Antique Commercial Street building,built with a certain aesthetic value of architectural style and characteristic of the street,forming a unique rural landscape.The spatial expansion intensity,the degree of spatial function transformation and the change of landscape style fully reflect the characteristics of the evolution of the material space in the upper reaches of the three villages.(5)The evolution of social space in the village of ShangWang has been driven by the endogenous driving force,the dominant driving force of tourism,and the leading stage of government.In the whole process,the development trend of village social life space presents open to private space tourism to tourism public service space and rapid expansion of tourism economy function continuously strengthened,social function is gradually weakening;the reconstruction of the social relations of the village also accelerated,appeared in the peasants’livelihood occupation and population constitute complex and the communication mode of diversification changes.The residents of social space structure by measuring the perceptions of the value of benefits,material space value,psychological identity,emotional value,the essence is the economic reaction surface,landscape image,personal value,emotional attachment from the outside to the inner laws of perception,and different types of residents in total order on the perceived
