Research On The Transmission Mechanisms Of The Innovation Networks In The Process During Dynamic Factors Affect Innovation Performance

The party's 18 put forward the concept of the "innovation-driven development strategy"for the first time, and put this strategy as the primary issues of national economic development. For the service of national policy to establish an effective environmental mechanism to promote innovation and development. It makes the research that dynamic factors effects enterprise innovation activities particularly important.Domestic and foreign scholars have proved that dynamic factors have great effect on enterprise innovation performance. But few scholars research the formation mechanism of the relationship between them. At the same time, what role of innovation network play in its formation mechanism is another problem need to be studied further. We sorts out the relevant literature about the dynamic factors, innovation network, innovation performance and so on. Based on the relationship between dynamic factors and enterprise innovation performance, we discusses the transmission mechanism of innovation network in this process. We has made some related hypothesis and established the overall conceptual model at last.On this basis, we chooses Chinese manufacturing enterprises which come from mainland China 30 provincial-level administrative units and six industries introduced by National Bureau of Statistics as object of study. And we acquire the dates through the questionnaire.Firstly we uses AMOS21.0 for the first-order and second-order confirmatory factor analysis.The main elements of the measured variables including dynamic factors, innovation performance, network competition and cooperation networks; Secondly, we uses SPSS21.0 to analyze correlation of the sample data and inspect the transmission mechanism of the competition and cooperation networks in the process during dynamic factors affect innovation performance. Finally, according the results of empirical tests, we discuss the relevant assumption and draw the final conclusion.The results show that Science and technology actively promote enterprise product performance. But the science and technology has positive effect on market performance is not supported. That means Science and technology mainly affect the enterprise's long-term performance.The competition network has no indirect effect during the process that Science and technology affects enterprise market performance. And the competition network has completely indirect effect during the process that Science and technology affects enterprise product performance. That means the transmission mechanism of competitive network mainly promote enterprises' innovation activities through science and technology.The cooperation network has partial indirect effect during the process that market demand affects enterprise market performance. And the cooperation network has completely indirect effect during the process that market demand affects enterprise product performance. That cooperation network transmission mechanism is the key for market to promote enterprise innovation. The cooperation and competition network all have indirect effect during the process that the government's policy affects enterprises' innovation performance. Both competition networks and cooperation networks contribute to the government policy to have incentive effect on innovation activities. Based on the above empirical conclusions, we give the management implications. These implications can provide suggestions for the government to formulate relevant policies and for enterprises to carry out innovative activities.
