Like other state-owned enterprises , Kazakhstan axis long saddled with a heavy burden on society,and affected by the legacy of the planned economy system and operational mechanism of economic enterprise, the impact of economic efficiency of enterprises , severely restricts the technological progress and the development of production Kazakhstan axis. Large quantities of Rapid development of private enterprises and foreign well-known brand bearings factories in China , prompting China bearing presents the internationalization of the domestic market and domestication of the international market. It brings a big competition for A Bearing Company .A bearing company must evade weaknesses,exert a business advantage,technology innovation and product structure adjustment , promote industrial upgrading overall . Therefore, the implementation of new plant construction company project has a very important significance for A Bearing Company.In this paper, the author find a wealth of information and documents , to analyze and research A bearing companies status , starting from A bearing the actual situation of the company's new plant construction projects , combined with the content and methods of economic evaluation , and project risk analysis , calculated by analyzing the project cash inflows and outflows during the period of assets, liabilities and owners' equity and investment , financing and operating activities for each of the respective years , concluded that the calculation of the project throughout the period, each of the accumulated surplus funds do not be negative,indicating that there is a large enough net cash flow from operating activities , to achieve financial sustainability , and has a strong financial benefit capabilities.And by uncertainty analysis, breakeven analysis of the items and sensitivity , risk assessment,conducting its feasibility and results of strong anti-risk capability.A bearing company into new plant construction projects and construction output ratio and other data than the payback period is reasonable, concluded its feasible and significant economic and social benefit through this paper analyzing obtained by the yield and risk-resisting ability higher than the project.
