Research On The Ajustment Of Heilongjiang's Energy Supplying Structure Based On Low-carbon Economy

With the rapid development of the world economy, particularly in developing countries blind pursuit of economic development is not a single goal of sustainable development. We have made significant investment in energy resources as a driving force of economic development of China overwhelmed. Greenhouse gas (C02 as the frequency of extreme weather master) leads to the emergence of a large number of emissions is increasing.Heilongjiang Province is an energy province, but its economy growth model which mainly by its large number of inputs of energy resources to promote economic growth cannot meet the requirements of low-carbon economy. In order to change this fundamentally economic growth, we should analyze the influencing factors of its energy supply structure from the current situation of energy supply structure in Heilongjiang province. Respectively, we should analyze these factors impact indicators on energy supply structure with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and predict the amount of energy suppling in Heilongjiang Province under different scenarios. Finally, we propose the strategy of the energy supply structure Ajustment.The first part mainly identifies mechanisms between the connotation of a low-carbon economy and energy supply structure. And low-carbon economy and the current situation and status of the energy supply structure in Heilongjiang province were analyzed.The second part analyzes the energy supply structure factors which based on low-carbon economy in Heilongjiang Province. Firstly, this section presents the first energy supply structure in Heilongjiang Province and Northeast China strategy and other provinces according to strategic energy supply structure. To identify the differences between these provinces, the paper present the comparative analysis. Secondly, the factors affecting energy supply structure in Heilongjiang Province were screened, and the use of catastrophe progression method were improved. According to the index system, we quantify the resulting impact on energy supply structure in Heilongjiang Province factors comprehensive evaluation. Finally, elastic analysis and co-integration analysis based on the results of comprehensive evaluation were presented.The third part, energy supplying structure Ajustment economy in Heilongjiang province based on low-carbon economy. Firstly, to build the target system constraints and parameters of the system model, this section proposes the energy supply structure model which based on basic assumptions in Heilongjiang Province. Secondly, we predict energy supplying of Heilongjiang Province under the different assumption, and predict the total supplying quantity of coal, oil, gas and clean energy according to different scenarios.The fourth part, Heilongjiang province Ajustment strategy based on the structure of energy supply low-carbon economy. This section combines the content of the first,the second and the third portions of the paper to put forward the strategies of reformations. We proposal three strategies according to the index of the supplying of local, industrial structure and level of technological progressing.
