Research On Industry-oriented Security Indicators System Construction And Evaluation

In recent years, the problem of basic pension insurance for safe operation is one of the core issues sustainability, the study of basic pension insurance has become a key of safety indicators in basic pension insurance sustainability. Currently,the researches focuse on safety indicators which security indicators in the basic pension insurance have big impacts sustainability, as well as how to calculate safety indicators accurately. But duing to the lack of authoritative data and high computational complexity, the current research in these two areas are in the early stages.In this thesis, for the above situations, first of all, in the early design of safety indicators,we use the authority of the basic pension insurance system which based on security index, the evaluation of today’s mainstream method is applied to the evaluation of the safe operation of the basic pension insurance issues, and analyzes the basic pension insurance safety indexes relationships,filtering out some of the basic old-age insurance which not affected by the degree of sustainability indicators, we build a new policy-oriented indicators of basic old-age insurance system security and sort safety indicators by impacting on pension insurance for safe. We calculate the data from more than 600 million people in 20 years paying huge amounts of data and propose a security indicators calculation method. Finally, the results of two classical models validate the safety indicators. We analysis the impacts on the sustainability of the basic pension insurance and the safety significance of safety indicators index in the models.
