The Research Of Senior Tourism Development In Shandong Province From The Perspective Of Industrial Integration

With the fast increasing of aging population in C hina,more attention has been paid to the living conditions as well as mental and physical health problems of the old.The trend of industrial integration of tourism brings more fruitful research findings.As an important branch of the tourism industry,senior tourism combines with medical care,health care,sports,and many other functions.The development of senior tourism will not only effectively improve the life quality of the old,but also alleviate the pressure of social pension.It is foreseeable that senior tourism will play an important role in driving the rapid development of the economy and society.This paper analyzes both the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial integration of senior tourism through the perspectives of senior tourism resources endowment,characteristics of the senior tourism market and development situation of senior tourism in Shandong province.An evaluation model has been built to determine the integration of senior tourism in Shandong based on AHP and Delphic.Based on the research results,the paper explored the development strategies of industrial integration of the senior tourism in Shandong,aiming to take full advantages of the solid industrial foundation and abundant resources of senior tourism to realize the upgrade of this industry.The paper consists of the following chapters:Chapter 1: C larify the research background and significance of the development situation of senior tourism in Shandong,especially from social and economic aspects.And then explore the research content,methods and innovation points of this paper.Chapter 2: Summarize related researches from domestic and abroad,and then analyze some basic concepts and theories,including industrial integration,active aging,gerontology and tourism service.Chapter 3: Based on the analysis of senior tourism resources endowment,the development and the market of the senior tourism,this paper expounds the current situation of senior tourism and the fo undation of the industrial integration,and specifies the characteristics and bottlenecks of senior tourism in Shandong.Chapter 4: Analyze the industrial integration of senior tourism in Shandong.AHP-FCE turns out to be the most appropriate method after being compared with other models.And the evaluation factors have come up with taking the characteristics of senior tourism in Shandong into consideration.Chapter 5: Based on the analysis of development situation of senior tourism in Shandong and from the perspective of industrial integration,this chapter puts forward some development strategies including resources-share strategy,market-extension strategy,function-attached strategy,development-support strategy and technology-penetration strategy.Chapter 6: Summarize the main content of the paper,points out the shortcomings of the study and puts forward further research directions.
