Qinzhou Import Automobile Industry Competitive Power Promotion Strategy Research

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region government take auto import industry in Qinzhou as key projects of the autonomous region to promote,the Autonomous government attaches great importance to the development of Qinzhou import automobile industry,set Qinzhou up as the most convenient channel and distribution center automobile and parts machinery and equipment import and export,which service the southwest of China,ASEAN.Qinzhou was given a lot of policy tilt and financial support.In recent years,through the government to vigorously promote,Qinzhou car import project has been rapid development.However,at the same time,the domestic automobile port are explosive increasing,the local government also attaches great importance to the development of imported automobile industry and take this industry as the high Level industry,giving strong support.Qinzhou imported automobile industry positioning strategy are similar to others,facing fierce market competition.Therefore,Qinzhou automobile import industry are facing the fierce competition,which are seeking steady development and effective way to between the competitive industry,becoming an important issue to further study and make up the short board as soon as possible.Based on Porter's theory of national competitive advantage,this paper uses the theory of economics,management and statistics with method of qualitative research,quantitative research,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis to study the competitiveness of imported automobile industry and influential factor in Qinzhou and compare the advantages and disadvantages of Qinzhou with other four place,find out the gap and the way to help Qinzhou can play a more positive,make up the short board,enhance the competitive advantage.This study shows that the imported automobile industry in Qinzhou is in the upper level in the western region of China,but there is still a huge gap between the development level of imported automobile industry in Qinzhou and several traditional vehicle ports in China.There are different shortness in the six competitiveness elements,hindering the competitiveness of Qinzhou imported automobile industry to further enhance.Therefore,the port,enterprises,government and other market players would like to clarify the strengths and weaknesses of Qinzhou objectively,strengthening of production,sales,policy,innovation and other aspects,improving in target and enhance the competitiveness of Qinzhou imported automobile industry.
