With the steady and rapid development of global integration,information network technology has slowly penetrated into all aspects of our social life including people's lives,work,economic development and so on.Mobile terminals such as smart phones led by a large area of convenience tools and promotion,it established the "Internet +" and traditional industries combined into a new model of industrial structure with mutual integration of China's traditional industry and the Internet.With e-commerce,the relationship between online transactions and real life is getting closer which becomes an important growth mode of contemporary economy to constantly optimize the daily life of the transaction.In this environment,the development of rural e-commerce has also been given great expectations,the voice of the peasant masses are also rising.In 2015,the Ministry of Commerce issued opinions on speeding up the development of rural e-commerce for the first time which highlighted the development of rural e-commerce concerns and support,gave e-commerce-related preferential policies to bring great opportunities and support for rural e-commerce.The development of rural e-commerce is typical in Fengqiu County,Henan Province.The paper takes Fengqiu County as the object of empirical investigation and situation analysis.It is based on the basic theory of rural e-commerce to carry out in-depth investigation on the development of rural e-commerce in Fengqiu County by field visits.The development of Fengqiu County e-commerce not only depends on the rich agricultural resources and convenient exchange of transport,but also benefited from the advanced concepts and policies,talent on the strong support of government.The development of e-cmmerce promotes the transformation and upgrading of Fengqiu agriculture,enhance the income of farmers,but there are important factors including farmers lack knowledge of developing rural electrician,rural electricity business infrastructure development is lagging,agricultural brand building lack effective supports,the overall capacity of the rural electrician is not enough and so on as the rural electricity business propaganda is not in place,rural electricity business starts late,the level of agricultural industrialization is low,relevant laws and regulations are to be improved,high quality talent is lacking and so on.In order to better promote the further development of Fengqiu County e-commerce,rural e-commerce policy was popularized and expanded;Improving farmers' participation in e-commerce and nurturing the development of e-commerce qualified to participate in the main body;Accelerating the construction of rural electrician infrastructure and improving the rural electricity service system to build warehousing logistics and distribution system;Improving the network security and credit system,establishing and improving the rural electric business association to optimize the development of e-commerce external environment.Strengthening the rural power business talent reserves for the development of e-commerce to provide talent support.
