In recent years,with the continuous development of the financial industry,the banking business is gradually moving towards internationalization,diversification and marketization,the process of economic integration is accelerating,and the competitive pressures are increasing year by year.External competition,private banks and foreign banks,with the restructuring of Rural Credit Cooperatives Rural Commercial Bank,in the industry has been in intense competition,commercial banks in order to adapt to the fierce competition environment,will increase the degree of innovation in products and services,leading to the risk faced by commercial banks which also increased year by year.Commercial banks in order to achieve a sound and effective internal control system,improve the level of internal control has become a common management of corporate management.Agricultural Bank Chinese KF branch as a branch of the national large financial enterprises,in the current economic overall weak environment,can improve the internal management level,strengthen risk management and safeguard the assets,is the key to sustained,steady and healthy development.From the practice of internal management of Agricultural Bank China KF branch,the internal management is the most efficient internal control to prevent the occurrence of risk events or event risk loss is reduced to the lowest level,to minimize the loss of processing hazardous incidents,ultimately achieve the maximization of bank profits.So,there is a close and indivisible relationship between the KF branch of the internal control and risk management of the two,for the construction of internal control environment risk management,risk management depends on the efficient implementation of internal control.On this basis,based on the two aspects of internal control and risk management of Agricultural Bank KF branch as the starting point,through the five elements of internal control activities,control environment,risk identification and assessment,supervision and evaluation,information exchange control,status of internal management combined with various types of KF branch of the representative business,reveals the shortcomings of KF in internal control.I hope that the research content and conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the optimization and improvement of the internal control level of KF branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and help to improve the internal control system of domestic commercial banks.
