Work stress refers to work events that are perceived to be stressful in the workplace.Job satisfaction refers to the work environment for workers to both psychological and physiological satisfaction.Organizational commitment refers to the signing of individuals and organizations of the "psychological contract" or "psychological contract" and this is the reason why individuals do not leave the organization.Being not satisfied with the job is the direct cause of leaving.To understand the state-owned bank employees' job satisfaction status,to reduce the turnover rate has a direct practical significance,in this study,Qiao Yajie's scale to measure work pressure of employees of commercial banks in Xi'an has been used and the scale developed by Li Zhongbin to measure job satisfaction has been used and Ling Wenquan ‘s scale has been used to measure organization commitment.505 valid questionnaires have been analyzed to explore the relationship between job stress,job satisfaction and organizational commitment.The results are as follows:1.The level of staff work pressure,job satisfaction,organizational commitment of Industrial and Commercial Bank in Xiangtan City are above the middle level.2.Almost all demographic variables show significant differences in part or all of the three variables.3.There is a significant positive correlation between job stress and job satisfaction of employees of Industrial and Commercial Bank of Xiangtan City.There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment,and work stress is positively correlated with organizational commitment.4.Organizational commitment plays a partial mediation role between job stress and job satisfaction.
