Research On Complex System Of Enterprise Network Public Opinion Emergency Management Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid development and widely application of Internet technology,network public opinion space has been further deepening developed,and its manifestations also become more diversified.Based on the complex system theory,this paper takes the complex system of network public opinion emergency management as the study object,and analyzes its characteristics,establishes its system dynamic evolution model,to find the effective management strategy,in order to promote the theory of enterprise network public opinion emergency management research ideas.Firstly,this paper constructs the logical structure model of enterprise network public opinion emergency management system,and analyzes the main subject,purpose,function and environment of the enterprise network public opinion emergency management system.The complexity of the enterprise network public opinion emergency management system can be further explained from the complexity of the elements,structure,function and environment of the enterprise network public opinion emergency management system.This complex system can be divided into four subsystems: event,public,media and enterprise.Secondly,based on the operation model of the enterprise network public opinion emergency management complex system,analyzes the influence factors of the subsystem by defining the system boundary,constructs the causal relationship diagram of the enterprise network public opinion emergency management complex system through the theory and method of system dynamics and analyzes the feedback loop of the causality diagram.Then,based on the analysis of the factors and relationship of each subsystems,establish the SD flow graph model of enterprise public opinion emergency management complex system by using the system dynamics software Vensim,and take stimulation analysis on the validity and feasibility of the flow graph model.Finally,put forward management strategy of the enterprise public opinion emergency management complex system by establishing the Hall three-dimension structure model.This paper intended to provide the theoretical basis for complex system theory system dynamics for enterprise network of public opinion emergency management,and it is of great practical significance to the implementation of its management strategy at the same time.
