Research On The Construction Of China And Asean Railway Interconnection

In recent years,the international regional economic cooperation is becoming more and more closely,more rapid development of regional economic integration.Trade liberalization and facilitation has become the trend of world economic development,regional transportation infrastructure interoperability construction has gradually been attached.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,statistical analysis and the combination of theory and policy to study the construction of China and ASEAN railway interconnection.At first this paper introduces the research background and significance,literature review,research content,framework,methods,and then illustrates the interconnection related theory and practice,including the regional economic integration,relationship between interoperability of infrastructure and trade and investment,and practice of railway interconnection at home and abroad.Then this paper analyzes China and ASEAN railway interoperability status and effect,China railway construction status,ASEAN railway construction situation and bilateral railway interoperability construction situation,and then use the method of grey correlation degree to analyzes the economic effect of China and ASEAN railway interoperability.Then this paper analyzes the environment of China and ASEAN railway interoperability construction,puting forward to construction path and countermeasures in China and ASEAN railway interoperability.The results show that the railway interconnection between China and ASEAN has a significant economic effect,which has a positive effect on bilateral trade and investment.However,the development of railway in ASEAN countries is not balanced,and the quality of railway infrastructure is relatively backward,and the construction of the railway interconnection between China and ASEAN is still in the initial stage.China and ASEAN railway interoperability construction is confronted with "The Belt and Road Initiative" strategy,Pan Asian railway platformand and the domestic railway construction comprehensive advantages and favorable conditions,but also by the challenge of complex political relations,the lack of funds,technical standards and other factors.Overall,favorable conditions China and ASEAN railway interconnection construction is more obvious.Through the construction of domestic and international railway interoperability experience,considering the development path of national strategic docking," take a case or two as an example for the rest of the lot to follow ",market-oriented operation,and taking Guangxi and Yunnan as the focus of the construction of regional.Proposeing to consolidate the political foundation of unified technical standard,broaden the sources of funding channels,improve customs clearance facilitation,the establishment of government coordination mechanism countermeasures.
