After the new century,the globalization trade has been developing continuously,and the regional cooperation has been deepened.At the same time,the great strategy of "all the way along the way" has been further promoted,and the trade between China and ASEAN has been paid more and more attention.As the logistics industry of bilateral trade,Is a high-profile,the relevant survey shows that China and ASEAN logistics enterprises to carry out cross-border strategic alliance has become a trend.China and ASEAN logistics enterprises CBSA was a certain success,but the overall performance of cooperation is still at a low level.The results show that the main reason for the poor performance of CBSA in China and ASEAN logistics enterprises is that the content of performance evaluation is not comprehensive enough and the strategy of performance improvement is not clear.Therefore,the study of China and ASEAN logistics company CBSA performance can improve the success rate of business cooperation and performance.Based on the literature research method,combined with in-depth research,analysis of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises CBSA motivation is:first,access to local resources for cross-border logistics and trade to provide support;second,reduce logistics costs,Service level;third,to reduce operational risks,the formation of complementary advantages.Then,on the basis of analyzing the performance principle,it summarizes the essence of its performance,including two levels:expected performance and unintended performance.At the same time,according to the corresponding evaluation of the index system and put forward targeted performance improvement strategy.The conclusions are as follows:pay attention to the human resources status,financial resources and reputation resources of the alliance partners,strengthen the relationship resources invested by the alliance partners,reduce the market risks,guard against financial risks,actively deal with natural risks,reduce political risks,Risk,reduce transportation costs Warehouse costs and customs clearance costs.Unanticipated performance improvement strategy is to improve the ability of alliance information,alliance information technology security,alliance information system compatibility,alliance information technology stability,improve the utilization of transport facilities,storage facilities utilization and Packaging and handling facilities utilization,increase market share and enhance market forces.Based on the rich performance theory,this paper provides a useful reference for the performance improvement of China and ASEAN logistics enterprises CBSA.
