Philosophical Thinking On The Transformation Of The Mode Of Economic Development

Since the end of twentieth Century,China has put forward the fundamental transformation of the mode of economic growth,the CPC and the country has begun to explore the transformation of the mode of economic development.over the past twenty years,China's mode of economic development has not changed,which makes it necessary to continue to promote the research on transformation of the mode of economic development.This paper attempts to study the historical logic,realistic logic and value logic of the transformation of the mode of economic development from the perspective of Philosophy.As to historical logic,transforming the mode of economic development is the historical necessity of China's economic development.The traditional economic development mode formed before the reform and opening up is the prerequisite of "transformation".The CPC's exploration to the new path of economic development is a prelude to "transformation",To achieve a fundamental change in the mode of economic growth that came up with in "Ninth Five-Year Plan" is the formally proposed of "transformation",and "realizing the transformation of economic development mode" came up with in the Seventeenth National People's Congress is the formal establishment of the "transformation".As to realistic logic,China's transformation of economic development is based on the reflection to realistic problems caused by the traditional economic development to put forward,such as the high consumption of resources,environmental pollution and the slow progress of science and technology.As to value logic,Respecting the nature's fundamental role to human social development is the starting point of the value logic of "transformation",Adhere to the decisive role of productive forces in the development of human society is the main line of value logic that runs through "transformation",Achieving the highest value goal of social development,that is people's all-round development is the ultimate goal of the value logic of "transformation".
