The employment initiative of ordinary workers is poor,and the employment units occupy a larger active position and dominant mode in the employing market.All along,the research focus of human resources management is the senior management personnel and senior technical personnel,and lack of analysis and research of ordinary workers.In recent years,enterprises in all kinds of ordinary workers labor shortage,hard to keep people gradually aroused the attention,but the research perspective and research focus is still mainly from private enterprises to the point of view that enterprise operation is not standardized,the lack of humane care,poor working environment,salary less etc,which leads to labor shortage and difficult to keep people the problem.The research field is limited,and the special safeguard status of ordinary workers in human resource management has not yet been paid attention to.This paper takes A state-owned enterprises as an example,the integrated use of field survey and literature search,this paper summarizes the development process of China's state-owned enterprises,and analyzes each period of each stage for ordinary workers of state-owned enterprises human resource management characteristics and development trend of employment.This paper analyzes the overall employment situation of A enterprises,analyzes the existing problems of human resource management,and analyzes the internal and external causes,and puts forward the practice of human resource management transformation of ordinary workers in A enterprises.The article holds that the common posts of state-owned enterprises in China are welcomed by practitioners in history and are caused by a certain history and will inevitably disappear due to social development.The shortage of common workers,labor shortage and retention of human resources is the inevitable result of profound social changes.With the new generation of workers significantly enhance the employment ability of the new generation of workers,employment outlook,career outlook changes,manufacturing industry must increase human resources management to completely change the ordinary workers as the object and the object of personnel management practices,pay attention to ordinary workers in human resources management planning;the country should ensure manufacturing.Ordinary workers gain tilt protection.
