The Study And Application Of "Multi-economy" Development Model In Rural Planning

With the purpose of solving "three rural issues",on the basis of the temporal research,this thesis studies some related theory about the rural planning,explains and learns the successful experience of the rural construction and development at home and abroad.Most important,this thesis shows the viewpoints that are helpful to narrow the gap between the urban and rural,to develop the rural industry,and to improve the whole rural environment and so on.Finally combining with the real state of the rural development,this thesis presents explicitly the significance and difficulties of the rural planning and development.The research sums up the successful experience of rural development and analyses the weakness of the rural development,demonstrates clearly the importance of the three real economy for the rural planning and industry development,and puts the importance of combining rural development's three patterns with rural planning and construction into consideration including the promoting role of solving "three rural issues" and constructing"beautiful country".So,based on making more use of rural land and surplus,this thesis proposes the rural planning strategies under "multi-economy" patterns in order to give guidance to explore diversified land convention ways,optimize rural industrial construction,encourage scale economy and protect eco-environment,finally help the countries overcome difficulties.This thesis takes Dayi village,Fengshan township as an example.The plan of Dayi village pays equal attention to the living and manufacture space planning,and shows the practical application of "multi-economy" in rural planning.The planning and designing about industrial,living and environmental space in Dayi village can not only improve the rural environment and reserve rural elements,but also make more use of the surplus labours,improve the recycling development of rural industry and bring countries back to life.It has great significance to the construction of the new socialist countryside.
