With the acceleration of the industrialization process, the rapid development of information technology, e-commerce has become a bridge between customers and businesses,customers only need a simple operation can be scheduled almost all of the global product line. In the 1990s, EDI e-commerce in China has been very mature, EDI applications enable enterprises to significantly improve work efficiency, reduce transaction costs, reduce the errors caused by the transaction process, and strengthen the success rate of international trade transactions. In recent years, China has developed rapidly in e-commerce, has become an e-commerce power.Its development has a very important impact on the Vietnamese e-commerce.This paper first clarifies the significance of e-commerce research, as well as the operation mode of e-commerce, logistics and distribution model,profit model and other aspects of domestic and international research status quo. Then it introduces the development course of China B2C e-commerce from tools, channels, infrastructure to economy and the four stages of development of B2C e-commerce in China, and introduces the current situation and the development of several B2C e-commerce enterprises in China, including Lynx, Jingdong, etc. At the same time it also puts forward a series of problems in China's e-commerce.such as network infrastructure problems, security issues, personnel problems.In order to better understand how B2C mode is developing in China,this paper analyzes the three aspects of business operation model,logistics model, distribution model and profit model respectively. The main contents include: the process and requirements of the business operation model; the definition and main features of the three logistics distribution modes, and lists the representative websites of each distribution mode, and analyzes their applicability, and advantages and disadvantages. Three different profit models are analyzed in detail according to the different structure of value creation, and their characteristics are analyzed in many aspects. In this paper, Jingdong Mall is taken as a specific case, for a detailed analysis of its operation process, distribution model, profit method.At the end of this paper, the author illustrates the revelation of China B2C e-commerce model to Vietnam's electricity business,and analyzes the objective factors influencing the electronic business environment in Vietnam, such as the country's economic, social and management mechanism, the subjective aspects are also mentioned. By evaluation and case studies follows the growth trajectory of enterprises, sum up experience and lessons learned between their successes and failures, to find the law countermeasures in order to be able to provide some guidance to business growth and development of the industry. In this paper, the in-depth study of Vietnam's e-commerce market finds out its problems in the development process, e-commerce cognition, relevant laws and regulations, operation flow, logistics mode, online payment and so on, and proposes to solve these problems to create a good e-commerce environment, improve the legal system of e-commerce, improve the e-commerce payment system and other scientific and rational feasibility proposals,hoping for the development of Vietnam's e-commerce market to provide adequate theoretical basis.
