At present,a new round of electricity reform requires to orderly open the distribution and sale part to public capital,And the electricity selling companies and users of the pilot areas of sale are actively carrying out the purchase and sale of electricity trading,the development trend is pretty good.As a main part of the electricity market,the profit of electricity sellers is the difference between sales revenue and power supply cost.The sellers can choose different market to purchase power,and have their own right for pricing,while the majority of users have their rights to choose the electricity supplier.Because of the price changes in the electricity market and the uncertain demand of users,the sellers in the market also have a certain risk.Under the current reform situation,this paper has a very important research value and practical significance.The research object of this paper is an independent electricity supplier without transmission and distribution assets,and the customer target groups are large industrial users.This paper analyzes the optimal purchase and sale of electricity strategy from two aspects.For purchasing,the paper analyzes the cost in purchasing electricity in the medium-term market,day-ahead market and real-time market,including the quantity and price.Among the three markets,the price of the day-ahead market and real-time market changes once in an hour,while the contracts in the medium-term market are divided into three categories,namely peak weekday,peak weekend and off peak.They have different limits of quantities and prices.For selling,the paper analyzes the revenue of sale.Two methods are taken into consideration to decide the terminal selling price: flat pricing and the TOU pricing.The transmission and distribution cost is also taken into considered and shown in the selling price.In addition,risk is modeled by using CVAR constraints.The paper presents an integrated purchase and sale strategy model for the electricity selling company.Besides,this paper involves the prices of three markets.In the time span for a week,the medium-term contract is signed at the very beginning,so the price is treated known.The price of the day-ahead market and the real-time market is always volatile,treated as random parameters.This paper puts forward random price models for two spot markets,and gets random samples using Latin hypercube sampling method to simulate the volatile price.Finally,based on the data of ERCOT,using the genetic algorithm,as the flat price is used in the selling price,the paper make a comparative analysis on the maximize profits when the seller have large industrial users of different load characteristics,and finds the difference between the power supply cost of different load;as the TOU price is used in the selling price,this paper solves the model to get optimal purchase and sale strategy.
