Research On The Tourism Development Of Guyanhuaxiang In Lishui Zhejiang

With economic and social development,rural tourism has become an important choice for urban residents.In recent years,rural tourism has rapidly developed in China and attracted a great number of urban tourists with its unique style and charm.It has become a light spot for tourism development.Rural tourism is essentially an integration of agriculture and tourism.Its development has enriched the leisure life for urban residents and also played a good function for the development of rural economy.It is abundant of the tourism resources in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui,with each condition for developing rural tourism.With innovative idea,this article proposes scientific development strategy for the tourism development in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui Zhejiang to the rapid and healthy development of its tourism.Meanwhile,by taking the example of the tourism development in GuYanHuaXiang in Lishui,some suggestions are put forward for its continuous scientific development to promote the integration and promotion of the rural tourism in Lishui.Close to the development trend and requirement of rural tourism,this article makes empirical on the tourism development in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui Zhejiang.From the perspective of the development background of rural tourism,on the premise of relevant research literature,it mainly applies the marketing theory and sustainable development theory to analyze the tourism development in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui.Through the collection,analysis and argument of the practical survey and relevant literature data,it objectively and systematically analyzes the advantages of the tourism in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui.Through the analysis on the development trend of tourism nowadays,the development environment of the tourism in Lishui and the tourism resources advantages in Guyanhuaxiang,it expounds the characteristics of the tourism resources in Guyanhuaxiang.Secondly,this paper summarizes the achievements in the tourism development in Guyanhuaxiang.Through the analysis on the industrial layout system,project construction effect,matching service system and economic social benefit in Guyanhuaxinag,it discovers it is weak in connotation and brand,small in scale,low in class,inadequate in propaganda,difficult in investment attraction,fierce in competition and great in pressure in aspects of brand construction consciousness,scale and class,marketing,tourism investment attraction and market competitive pressure.On the premise of early investigation,research,analysis and conclusion,the author makes specific plans for the tourism development in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui by connecting the dynamic market demand and land resource features.It proposes to be oriented at "leisure life" to define Guyanhuaxiang as the "village for shooting","village of Barbizon" and "leisure resort of southwestern Zhejiang".It advocates a tourism development mode adapting to the reality to build a practical platform;on the aspect of tourism feature,it suggests to show the local characteristics to build a cultural tourism brand and establish complete tourism product system;on the aspect of tourism development environment,based on the project,it shall expand the investment and financing channels and introduce matching preferential policies to attract tourism investment.Also it shall strengthen guarantees in capital,land,environment and system and optimize the tourism development environment;on the aspect of tourism marketing propaganda,it shall be centered on the market orientation of "being based on Zhejiang and orienting at the Yangtze River Delta" to build a tourism image of Guyanhuaxiang.It shall also expand the festival marketing influence to continuously carrying out marketing activities and keep attracting the tourists to accelerate the continuous development in Guyanhuaxiang.In this paper,the author aims to make some research on the goal,function and problems of the tourism development in Guyanhuaxiang in Lishui to provide some theoretical support for the rural tourism development in the process of building new rural construction in China.
