Enterprise strategic planning is a key factor in the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the strategy of the enterprise.At present,the majority of domestic supervision enterprises do not pay enough attention to the company' s strategic management,and the development of the enterprise is not well planned.This paper will study the current situation and future development of Guangzhou KX engineering construction supervision company.Guangzhou KX engineering construction supervision company is one of the earliest enterprises in GuangDong province to set up and carry out supervision business.After years of development,the company in GuangDong province and even in the country,such as housing construction,municipal engineering and other areas of supervision business has formed a high visibility and competitiveness.But in the rapid expansion of the supervision business,enterprises are facing some problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper hope that based on a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,using the theory and method of strategic management,analysis and Research on the development strategy of the enterprise,so as to provide strategic guidance for the future development of enterprises,but also provide a reference for the research on the development strategy of the supervision enterprises and the whole industry.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the development background of the construction supervision industry and the basic situation of the case company.Secondly,this paper uses PEST and Potter five forces model to analyze the external environment of the enterprise;at the same time,based on the development of Guangzhou KX construction supervision companies,focusing on the company' s internal resources and capability analysis.Thirdly,on the basi-s of the analysi-s of internal and external environment,this paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the company,its own advantages and disadvantages,and make corresponding strategic choices.Finally,through the establishment of strategic objectives,the effective implementation of the phased guarantee strategy.At present,although China's various types of family financial services company and family financial products more and more,but the homogeneity of products and lack of innovation problem increasingly prominent,while the level of product management of various types of family financial companies uneven confusion.AJ family financial management company as one of them is notanother,there are some serious problems in the product,such as the investment threshold and the product is too long,product type and product management.Through the above analysis and discussion,this paper draw the following conclusion:first,although the national macro economy is not optimistic,the industry also has a strong local flavor,but the future trend of development,construction supervision industry still has broad prospects for development;secondly,although the Guangzhou KX engineering construction supervision company has the organization background technical support and brand advantages,but also facing single product structure,the integration of internal resources to the acute problem;thirdly,according to the SWOT analysis,Guangzhou KX engineering construction supervision company should take the enterprise core competence based expansion strategy as the company's development strategy,mainly engaged in the development of local business from a single enterprise localization,to become the supervision business as the core,covering diversified cost consulting,project bidding agency project management as one of the large Integrated project management service of the national enterprises;finally,Guangzhou KX engineering construction supervision company should be based on the organization framework,governance structure reform as the key point,according to the focus stage and integration stage,related diversification step by step forward,and through establishing the learning organization,improve the modern human-resources management system,strengthen the construction ofinformation,the construction of enterprise risk prevention system,strategic leadership,based on business process reengineering,enterprise culture construction and the knowledge management and the implementation of performance excellence criteria to ensure the effective implementation of.
