Strategic Study On The Development Of Construction Supervision Trade

With the establishment and evolution of our market economy, the socialization of construction management is growing higher. As a result, the service of construction supervision is growing too. At present, as the new policies for construction management are being enforced, there has come a heated discussion of how the firms in this service should be developed. And this is the very beginning of my paper analyzing the development strategies of construction supervision firms.With the strategic management means of SWOT, this paper explores the current development of construction supervision service, its internal and external factors of growth, and the existing problems. It also sorts out the development strategies of construction supervision into unitary and multiple ones and gives them a comparative analysis. Meanwhile, it makes clear the development strategies for construction supervision firms and construction management firms. After a clear target is set, construction supervision firms should adjust their operation and competition strategies accordingly. With a differentiating strategy, they will enjoy comparative advantages in the aspects of brand-building, marketing and human resources, and ultimately realize their objective of sustainable development. To end this paper, Xinjiang Kelamayi Supervision Firm is given as an example for the trial application of the proposed development strategies, which, I believe, will definitely give other firms of this line some idea.
