Based on the China eliminate a costly corn stockpiling policy,To reduce the non dominant areas of sickle bay area corn planting area and implementation of corn supply side reform corn planting policy.Corn as the main crop of Inner Mongolia region is farmers’ main agricultural income.In the face of the implementation of policies,the pressure of environmental resources,the increase in agricultural production costs,farmers want to get higher planting income can not rely on extensive production and business model profit.At this time to study the significance of its corn production efficiency is particularly prominentSo,this article based on the actual situation of corn production in Inner Mongolia,based on the corn production cost and benefit data of 14 counties in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2009-2015,used DEA method to analyze the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of corn in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The results show that the overall efficiency of Inner Mongolia is not effective,The comprehensive efficiency of the 14 counties in Zhongning County,Horqin District,Dalat Banner,Arongqi,Horqin Youqianqi,Wuyuan County and Alashan Zuoqi is effective.By DEA-Tobit analysis of the factors that affect corn production efficiency,it is concluded that the fertilizer costs and the sale price of corn per 50 kg are the main influencing factors.Fertilizer costs are negatively correlated with corn production efficiency,with a significant positive correlation between corn production price and corn production efficiency per 50 kg of corn.Based on this,combined with the non-DEA effective redundancy of corn production in Inner Mongolia,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving corn production efficiency in our area.
