Research On Application Of Business Intelligence In Real Estate Group Control

In recent years,with the rapid development of the real estate industry,the market became more competitive.The development of real estate enterprises towards centralized and large – scale.The development of the real estate enterprise presents the characteristics of collective,pluralistic and cross-regional,which brings many difficulties to the management of the group.It is difficult to choose the mode of management and control,inform to the financial information,obtain the decision information and implement the group strategy.Firstly,this paper discusses the development of the theory of business intelligence and group control,the current research situation and the application status of domestic and foreign enterprises.Through the elaboration and analysis of the related concepts,it provides a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.Secondly,this paper takes X group as an example to analyze.Combined with the present situation of X group information construction,this paper puts forward that the business intelligence can help X group to realize the transition of management and control mode,reduce the phenomenon of information isolated island,promote the integration of information,and improve the quality of internal communication.Through the monitoring and analyzing the key indicators,the management can grasp the overall business situation of the group,and evaluate the performance of each company.At the same time,the management can make full use of the value of a large number of internal and external data accumulated in the process of group management,to improve the quality and efficiency of decision-making,and achieve precise and meticulous management.This paper describes the implementation path of business intelligence for the X group,the main needs and goals,design process of system and the application effectiveness,and requires that the design and implementation of BI should base on the Information foundation,own business characteristics and control requirements.This paper hopes to provide a reference forgroup to implement BI.
