Research Report On The Innovation Of Rural Financial Service Reform In Fuping

Since 18 th CPC National Congree,the supply and demand of China's rural financial market changes in financial services in rural areas have important effects in Fuping County.Guided by the spirit of the meeting,after years of exploration to establish the Fuping model to improve the financial services of other poor areas with reference.This paper starts with the village financial service innovation practice of Fuping,to deeply research the village financial service innovation and practice problem of Fuping according to the logical structure of “current-problem-countermeasure”,By the way of combining theory and practice and material investigation and field survey.Based on deeply knowing the “government+insurance+bank+peasant household(company)” mode of Fuping,this paper deeply explores the financial service reform measures of Fuping,and introduces the innovation places of Fuping mode in more details.Next,issue questionnaires aiming at the main body of loan demand,and analyze the deficiencies of the current mode.Although the financial reform of Fuping has gained large progress,peasant households have single financial channel due to the generally backward economic strength and single financial organizational level;the current financial service still does not match the demands of peasant households;the conflict of financial poverty aiding and the sustainable development goal of financial institutions caused that the lending motivation is not very high;the credit consciousness of peasant households is weak,and the whole financial ecological environment is not very good.Aiming at all of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions.Introduce new village financial institutions,and construct multilevel financial organization system;consider the village financial service demand,and develop various of financial innovation products;make the function orientation clear,and stimulate the lending motivation of financial institutions;improve the credit system,and optimize the village financial ecologicalenvironment and so on.
