With the promotion of overall national economic strength,China's enterprise groups continuously extend,and the development of new business,mergers and acquisitions also become more frequent which caused the group's growing.As a result,the management difficulty,operating costs,poor communication and other issues gradually exposed.Meanwhile,the efficiency determines the survival of a business.Therefore,whether or not the finance department can provide supporting information fast for enterprise decision-making,the administrative department can reduce costs and improve efficiency,and provide higher value-added for enterprises has became a problem for entreprise to consider.Financial sharing integrates repeat business unit divested from original organization into unified group for processing,in this way,it can achieve efficiency but low price for offering service to the enterprise group.Sharing Center has been running for nearly a decade in China,more and more large groups have joined into the ranks of the building up sharing center.the process of it brings us valuable experience.In this paper,on one hand,we hope to give the groups who want to establish shared service center some reference by analyzing and comparing the similarities and differences about the establishment of shared center between the six enterprise groups from different industry,on the other hand,this paper also expounds the idea that B enterprise explores the implementation of shared center,and introduces the strategic positioning,mode selection,site selection,import business process,the establishment of information system and the expected realization value of financial sharing center,the above all we said has practical significance.At the end of the article,we look forward to shared service centers,such as artificial intelligence,automatic verification of invoices,and the risk of accounting personnel.
