A Study On Marx’s Thought Of Labor Division

Division of labor is the form of human activities,and it is existing everywhere in the human society.Broadly speaking,division of labor refers to the organization forms of the social activities with the existing of labor.Division of labor exists in all the activities of human society and it let the human society form an organism,and allocate the human actions.So,conduct an intensive and comprehensive investigation of The systematic combing of Marx’s theory of division of labor is beneficial to analyze and correct a series of problems in the construction of the Harmonious socialist society of China.The Harmonious socialist society of China’s strategic goals is that" everyone will do his best and play their proper role in the country to get on well with each other".In order to achieve this goal,we must to correctly handle the division of labors among the people.Only it does that the ability of humans will be maximize made,the degree of human happiness can be promoted and also developed the humans,the society and nature in harmony.With this,it will promote the construction of the society.Although now our country is in the socialist market economy system and the internal division of labor in society and enterprises is continuously developing,due to the restriction of China’s current stage of economic development,people’s occupations still exist difference between urban and rural areas,regional and industry levels.For the sake of higher profits,most people are still doing a division of labor with involuntary behaviors.Therefore,only by the Marx division of labor theory as the guide,analyzed the actual situation in the present stage Chinese people in a systematic way and targeted to change the plight of countermeasures,it can realize the construction of The Harmonious socialist society of China.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of Marx’s theory of division of labor and the research significance,domestic and foreign scholars on the division of labor theory,finally describes the research methods and research framework.The second part mainly explains the formation of Marx theory of division of labor and social background.The third part mainly describes the main contents of Marx’s theory of division of labor and its characteristics,and effects.The fourth part discusses the value of the theory of division of labor.And the last part is the conclusion of the graduation thesis.In theoretical value,the division of labor is an important part of Marx’s labor theory of value,it provides important clues for the sublation of western traditional division of labor and the development of modern productive forces.In reality value,the idea of division of labor is combined with the realization of personal value,a structure of the harmonious socialist society and the development of globalization to reflect its practical significance.
