With the rapid development of information technology,in our life e-commerce has been everywhere,while the status of platform-type e-commerce in the transaction is also increasingly important,its decision has been able to affect the market supply of products and consumers between the transaction decision-making,which has become the core participant in the e-commerce market game.Therefore,this paper takes the platform-type e-commerce enterprise in the e-commerce market as the research subject,carries on the game analysis to the transaction between the main body involved in the transaction,The choice of business model and make recommendations.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure of the platform-type e-commerce market and the participating entities,and divides the platform e-commerce enterprises into centralized platform-type e-commerce and distributed platform-type e-commerce in order to analyze the platform type electrons in different operation modes Game Behavior of Participating Subject in Business Market.This paper analyzes the different types of platform-type e-commerce market,and divides the transaction process of the centralized platform-type e-commerce market into two stages.The first stage is the game between the product supplier and the platform.The second stage is The game between the platform and the consumer,respectively,through the establishment of a complete information static game model,repeated game model and dynamic game model to analyze the behavior of the parties;and distributed platform-type e-commerce market analysis,through the construction of tripartite game model To find the balance between the three games,according to the model of the equilibrium solution to discuss the various factors for the tripartite decision-making behavior of the impact.And then through the "Didi Dache" platform and "Shenzhou car" platform case analysis to verify the conclusions.Finally,this paper makes recommendations on the need to join the platform e-commerce market,as well as the parties in the market.It is recommended to join the platform-type of e-commerce market enterprises and individuals according to their own strength and demand to choose the right market.And the existing platform for e-commerce market,we hope that regulators can effectively monitor the platform and product suppliers to the rational distribution of the interests of the market information can be effectively transmitted,and gradually form a multi-win market environment.
