Research On The Land Use Of Chinese Off-Season Multiplication Industry By Game Theory

Any country’s economic development can not be separated from the support of agriculture, especially for China with a population of1.3billion. The steady development of agriculture depends on the protecting of the seed industry, which the largest contribution is Off-Season Breeding as the representative of Biological Breeding Industry. Our Winter Breeding Industry has made tremendous contribution to the orderly development of Chinese Seed Industry, the safety of Food Strategy, and Social harmony and stability, etc. However, Off-Season Breeding Industry is facing a lot of problems in the actual development, among the most central and most contentious is land use management issues. In Land transfer and management processes, it involves multiple stakeholders and has a very complicated economic relationship. This paper mainly studies the relationship between the Government Groups, the Business Groups and the villagers Group. There is a problem deserving study about how to balance the interests between the three groups, to deal with the conflict of land use, to promote Off-Season Breeding Industry sustainable development.Firstly in this paper, on the basis of research of Off-Season Breeding Industry, Land transfer, Game theory and other related literature and theory, studying the Off-Season Breeding Industry’s current situation, The development and great significance. Analyzing the problems encountered in the development of the industry. Secondly, according to the economic relationship of the various stakeholders, which in the core issue of restricting Industrial development, as Land use management issues, this paper has built the Tripartite Game model.Finally, through the deduction of the game model, author has found two conclusions:(1)The three main groups may appears four equilibriums, such as Villagers Uncooperative Model, Enterprise-Villagers Cooperation Model, EDP Tripartite Game Model I, EDP Tripartite Game Model Ⅱ. And detailed analysis the three groups economic behavior of four types of equilibrium.(2) Find the problem root knot of land use conflicts, and from a long-term development perspective, the government should adopt the land acquisition strategy. Based on these analyzes, the paper have given some suggestions for the sustainable development of our Off-Season Breeding Industry. This article mainly includes two innovation points:(1) The paper have made a more clear about the concept of Off-Season Breeding work and industry;(2) To solve the problem of land use, the author has built the Tripartite Game model, and found four equilibriums. In addition, due to the data are difficulty to access, as well as the ability of the writer is limited, the analysis of the game within each group and the game between the six main groups are not be researched. This is the future direction for further research of Off-Season Breeding Industry.
