Research On Simulation Optimization Of Inventory Strategy Under The Mode Of Supply Hub

The rapid advance of economic globalization has also had a great impact on the relationship between enterprises,the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises has become the current trend of development,and a single competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into between supply chain and supply chain competition.How to effectively manage the supply chain is the focus of the current management concerns,inventory management as an indispensable part of supply chain management has received the attention of many scholars.The Supply-Hub model is based on the traditional decentralized inventory management model,as the center of a large inventory of parts and components,the Supply-Hub can realize the unification of inventory management,but how to develop a reasonable inventory strategy makes the inventory costs and customer service levels to balance,attract more suppliers to join them,is the focus of inventory management research.First of all,this paper analyzes the significance of the research from the background of the Supply-Hub model,and summarizes the research results and progress of the Supply-Hub model of the domestic and foreign scholars,and points out that there is still some need to be studied deeply in the research of the Supply-Hub model,so as to get the content of this study.Then some of the basic theoretical knowledge involved in this paper to do a brief description,and the focus on the Supply-Hub related concepts,ideas,etc.Secondly,basing the inventory strategies of(Q,R)and(R,S),the problem of the research is described and assumed under the premise of taking full account of the interests of both the supplier and the manufacturer in the supply chain,and establishes the related mathematical model.Then,this paper uses the Arena simulation software to build the simulation model of the inventory system under the set Supply-Hub model,the inventory cost and the change of the customer service level under the two inventory strategies are changed respectively.Finally,this paper uses genetic algorithm to optimize the simulation model,through the built-in Arena VBA event code,After running the simulation model,the results are compared before and after the optimization,and the results are obtained to find out that the inventory cost and customer service level can be balanced,provide guidance for selection and formulation of inventory management strategy set distribution center mode.
