Study On The Performance Of Local Land And Resources Management

A country can only manage the land resources to develop rapidly and healthy,it is the cornerstone of people's survival,but also to ensure sustainable economic development of the people the most powerful protection.With the increase of population and the development of economy in our country,land and resources have become an important factor in the development of society and economy.The research on the performance of local land and resources management in China has gradually become the focus of our country's political and academic circles.According to the characteristics of land resources management in our country,a reasonable evaluation index system to design a set of performance evaluation of local land and resources management in our country,so the scientific measurement and detection of local land resources management situation,detection and diagnosis of local land and resources management problems,is placed in a problem in China the wall.This study focuses on the local land and resources performance management connotation,influencing factors and evaluation indicators of the three aspects of the domestic and foreign research on the performance management of land resources in the literature.On this basis,based on the perspective of psychological contract theory,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of China's local land and resources performance management from three dimensions of norms,interpersonal and development.According to the evaluation index system,the researcher developed and designed a questionnaire with high reliability and validity to conduct an empirical study on the land and Resources Bureau of Ninghua County,Fujian province.The survey data of 350 enterprises based on staff,researchers from different gender,age,education,household category,income level of citizens in the local land and resources management evaluation of the comparison of the mean,variance analysis,descriptive statistical analysis.Finally,this study uses principal component analysis to determine the weight of each index of local land and resources performance management,and analyzes and discusses the evaluation indicators.The results show that the performance evaluation index system of local land and resources management based on the theory of psychological contract is scientific and reasonable.After the actual measurement,the Fujian province Ninghua County Bureau of land and resources management performance evaluation on the whole is better,but the citizens of each dimension is not the same,compared to the interpersonal dimension and development dimension,standard score is relatively high,and different gender,age,education,household category,income level on the evaluation of local land and resources management exist the difference.The innovation of this research is from the third party assessment of the main citizen perspective on local land and resources performance management research,and according to the characteristics of the performance of local land and resources management itself,based on extensive literature on the construction of local land and resources management performance evaluation index system.Based on the empirical research,this paper points out that the evaluation of local land resources performance management should focus on the unity of the three dimensions of standardization,interpersonal and development.
