With China's reform and opening up,China's people's living standards have been fully upgraded,the need for grain and oil has also been significantly improved.Grain and oil enterprises in China from the marketing point of view,effectively solve the problem of the marketing season,enhance core competence formation process can be in the market development,at the same time can change the majority of workers of grain and oil food.This paper mainly analyzes the A company marketing policy objectives,strategic implementation and security situation in the off-season,the purpose is to form in the enterprise marketing process to consolidate the market and cultivate the market.Off-season marketing is an important part of oil and steel enterprise marketing.Firstly,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the background of grain and oil marketing and the current research theory.Followed by the A enterprise marketing process needs to face the external and internal environment for precise positioning.Again is formed in the process of research,analysis of marketing situation and existing problems,and finally puts forward the analysis on the marketing tactics in the course of construction and protection of A enterprise,the goal is to promote the formation of comprehensive optimization management in the process of marketing in the off-season.Based on A enterprise off-season marketing analysis,put forward in the marketing process to form accurate counterpoint product shaping.Protect the profits in the marketing price at the same time required for the formation of none of the intermediate links.In the grain and oil marketing to promote the construction of the channel,in the marketing management need to actively carry out sales promotion,the formation of rapid effective means,and form in the marketing promotion of the comprehensive management elements.Finally,this paper summarizes the off-season marketing of grain and oil enterprises,puts forward the operable and executable marketing path,and looks forward to the follow-up marketing research.
