2016 is the first year of “The 13 th Five-year Plan” of national,and is the key year to comprehensively promote structural reforms.This is time to regulate macroeconomics,to deep change social,to build more convenient links.We grasp the changes in internal and external situation initiative to respond to various challenges relying on the ENN platform.We comprehensive analysis the strengths and weaknesses of ourselves and take advantage of strategic opportunities.We transform consciousness and behavior according to the market and customers.We explore the operation potential of site by Innovative thinking and patterns.In recent years,the rapid development of gas industry,the core city has inherent advantages,give priority to the supply of gas source,centralized unit,it has great potential for development,is now the capital city of the city gas projects,the most has been carved up,and at the same time,some of the small scale city project is also becoming the objects of different investors and hot however,the natural gas market competition and the government supervision is small,a large number of unlicensed black gas station,seriously affecting the compliance operations station profit level.Competitive natural gas market is mainly the price war,low barriers to entry,lack of planning,leading to local centralized filling stations,and more for the private investment and construction,price competition has seriously disrupted the order of competition in the industry.First,the thesis used the PESTEL methods to review the development of enterprise strategic management theory in recent years.Second,we analyzed the external situation and internal situation.The external situations include political environment,economic environment,technical environment and social and cultural environment.The internal situations include organization structure,product marketing,human resources,financial status,and marketing status.Third,we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of ENN new energy,the opportunities and threats from external environment.At last,we confirmed the competition strategy of Baoding ENN new energy.We formulated the implementation details of the strategy and the five-year development plan.We made it cleat that goals should be met each year.The risk we should pay attention to avoid is mentioned.We gave the rationalization proposals to talent construction of company.We should seize external opportunities and ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
