Interactive Mechanism Analysis Among Information Consumption, Economic Growth And Industrial Structure

In view of the present weak economic development,show the "new normal" situation,the party and the government begun to promote the reform of the "supply side",its essence is to develop economy from the root of adjustment of industrial structure,supporting the emerging industries,backward sunset industry and letting the market realize the function of resources allocation effectively as far as possible.But the way of adjustment of industrial structure that make our country economy steadily forward needs to expand effective demand to receive due effect,with the information industry mature and grow,expand depends on consumer demand of information has grown into an important way to enlarge effective demand,which will help improving the level of our country's economy and leading the change of industrial structure.In this paper,on the basis of combining with the results of other researchers,the perspective of theoretical and empirical research is mainly focused on the interactive relationship among the information consumption,economic growth and industrial structure.Firstly,under the guidance of the two research importance,this paper deeply analyzes formation consumption in our country from five aspects,which include information consumption structure,the present situation,characteristics,influencing factors and trends.Secondly based on the analysis on the present situation of our country's economy and the industrial,this paper theoretically analyzes the connection among the information consumption,economic development level and the industrial structure,and then deduces the interaction relationship to each other.Finally from the perspective of the national and regional respectively,this set up Simultaneous Equations and the Panel Vector Autoregression model to further measures the interactive relationship among them.Based on the above research,this paper draw some conclusions as follows:Simultaneous equation based on the data,the result shows that economic growth and industrial structure has negative effect on each other,but the economic growth and information consumption has a positive role in promoting to each other,industry structure and information consumption also has positive role in promoting for each other,but the effect is lag.The results that established by PVAR model with regional data shows,information consumption is conducive to the further development of the economy,the opposite is not established,the influence of the economic development level of the industrial structure because of the lag of different direction is different,information consumption and reasonable industrial structure plays a positive influence to each other.Impulse response show the positive impact on industrial structure and information consumption will reduce the level of economic growth,economic growth level and the improvement of information consumption level is helpful to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,information consumption will be improved as the level of economic growth and improve,but the increase with the increase of the time gradually tends to zero,the industrial structure has negative impact to the information consumption.Variance decomposition show that in the short term,the change of information consumption,the change of economic growth and the change of industrial structure of the standard deviations are caused by themselves,but in the long term information consumption become the main factors influencing economic growth and industrial structure.
