Research On The Time Constraint Of Land Transfer Efficiency Of Family Farms In Anhui Province And Its Mechanism

As a new type of agricultural operation,the family farm has its own advantages in many new agricultural operations.It preserves the advantages of farming and overcomes the disadvantages of small-scale farming.Both the continuation of the family as the basic characteristic of agricultural production and business operation entities,and may,according to different actual make corresponding adjustment on management scale,so it was seen as more suitable for the truth of the operators to the agricultural economy development in our country;It is an important form of China's agricultural micro-management organization in the future.Household contracted management,at present our country executes in the two-tier management system that integrates unified with separate management on the basis of that land management scale and finely,diversification and some land has been a large number of erosion or QiGeng,this led to small scale,low efficiency of agricultural production,is not conducive to adjust the agricultural structure,seriously hindered the development of modern agriculture.The effective ways to solve this problem is to stabilize the rural land contracting relations as a prerequisite,optimize the allocation of rural land resources,change the state of the small-scale peasant economy so as to realize land management scale.Land to agricultural new operators to family farm is the important way of contemporary rural problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the important prerequisite for the development of modern agriculture,at the same time also can yet be regarded as a form very efficient farmland circulation.At the same time,land issues are a top priority for family farm development.Family farms with concentrated piece and term stable land is the important precondition for the development,spread to circulate the land to farmers large-scale production of the family farm,can yet be regarded as a kind of market-oriented efficient farmland circulation.If farmers get is concentrated and stable period of the land,so,the farmers will be more inclined to do the sustainability of the investment,realize the iana scale management.Farmiand transfer deadline,therefore,this research in the sample research object on the basis of the survey data of anhui province,the empirical analysis of the family farm land into efficiency by the fact the sustainability of land investment,the farmer,say,a reasonable flow term is necessary condition of the land scale operation.Studies have found that family farm the land into the efficiency of the operation.
