The Study On R&D Risk Control LD High-tech Enterprise

With the social economic and technological level of continuous improvement,in the high-tech enterprises to grow their own,and also stimulating employment,creatingwealth,promotinginnovation,increasing become an important driving force for the development of social economy.To a certain extent,the development of high-tech enterprises represents the highest level of industrial and commercial innovation,it is an important force for economic growth and social progress.However,with the rapid growth of high-tech enterprises,enterprises in the operation process also exposed many problems,behind these risks and problems can be linked to the role of internal control is missing.In various aspects of business operations in high-tech,research and development stage for enterprise management is a very important part and its development is a direct impact on the enterprise's strategy to achieve and improve.How to do well in risk control of R&D of high-tech enterprises,it is the current enterprise managers and researchers to solve urgent problems.At present,China is vigorously promoting technological innovation,effective R&D risk control work promoting social and technological progress and taking positive impact on industrial upgrading.This paper selects a private high-tech enterprise LD(hereinafter referred to as LD company),from the perspective of corporate R&D management risk control related issues.Taking the company as an example,this paper summarizes and expounds the problems exposed by the high-tech enterprises in the risk control of R&D stage,and puts forward the improvement measures to solve these problems.This paper consists of five modules,the first part is the introduction,to introduce the research background and significance of R&D risk control in high-tech enterprises,summed up the domestic and foreign literature and information about internal control and risk management,high-tech enterprises and enterprise research and development activities,and put forward the research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part is related concepts and basic theories.The basic concepts and relevant theories of high-tech enterprises,internal control and risk management.The third part briefly introduces the development of China's high-tech enterprises and the R&D risk-related issues,and LD company as the research object,introduces the LD company's present situation of product development risk control and the existence defects,the company's multi-step of project development process work as a clue,then points out the risk of LD company's R&D process.The four part are combined with the specific situation of LD Company's R&D risk control,in view of the above-mentioned problem,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the risk control.The fifth part of the article's summarizes and prospects,and points out the shortcomings in the article.In the process of the study,using the combination of normative research and empirical research,to sort out internal control and risk management relevant theories,to high-tech enterprise R&D stage of risk control as the breakthrough point,using the LD company project example,carries on the research to the enterprise R&D process risk control,proposed improvements related to the views,hoping to provide reference and help about high-tech enterprises.
