Construction And Application Of CQ Oilfield Mining Enterprises' Operation Index Benchmarking System

Benchmarking management is a product of the development of market economy,and an effective tool for enterprises to get rid of the traditionally closed management method.As one kind of contemporary advanced management method,it is widely used by enterprises.Benchmarking management method can not only make the enterprise fully study,learn the management philosophy and experience of leading industry at home and abroad,promote the enterprise to establish internal management of a virtuous cycle mechanism scientifically.But also be more helpful to continue to promote the improvement of enterprise management level and enhance the business indicators and continuously improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper take Chinese petroleum natural gas group company to carry out a comprehensive benchmarking management as the background,take a new mining service sector enterprises---CQ mining area service department for research object.In view of the enterprise existence of energy,raw materials,labor costs and other rigid costs of sustained growth,the group's share of subsidies and the amount of units in the mine does not increase,resulting in the cost of mining area to digest the growing pressure on the actual business problems to study.It advocates low cost strategy,take operating index and mining property management and service theory into the analysis of business process.To construct management index system of benchmarking,to reach the standard of benchmarking,to promote the management of benchmarking,to create effective benchmarking.This article bases on benchmarking management of internal benchmarking,industry or functional benchmarking method and implementation steps,combining with the characteristics of CQ mining area service department,characteristics and operating conditions,build the business indicators which have an big impact on the results of operations.Then to build business index of benchmarking system,to clear index calculation method and evaluation method,and benchmarking method.And through analyzing two years empirical of the enterprise,we can find out the gap and the shortage of their own,then to provide effective management methods for the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness of the industry.The value of this article is based on CQ mining area service department the whole process of refining,build the CQ oilfield division index of the system of management,and adopt the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods are analyzed,and the application results show that the system of the establishment of the scientific and perfect,in the management of the enterprise played a significant role in mention mass transfer efficiency,and in the aspect of mining group company,the business sector created a precedent,has the reality guiding sense.
