Under the background of comprehensive deepening reform in China,it has become the mainstream of the era that the masses involve themselves in creating business and innovation.Creativity and personality become more prominent.Therefore,it is especially necessary to draw lessons from contemporary leadership theory achievement,in particular,modern leadership theory,in order to reexamine the new characters of present human nature,so as to find leadership practices adaptable for our country,and improve corporate governance structure.Human nature is the origin of management and certain management theory is always based on certain human nature hypothesis.The paper borrowed the profound grasp of human nature in the "free-man"hypothesis and defined the application scope and condition of "free-man"hypothesis in different social development period,setting from the definition of "free"and the development trend of new pattern of world culture.Combined with "free-man" human nature hypothesis and a series of achievements of leadership theory,it presented the free form of management and the triangle model of management and attempted to analyze the leadership model under different human nature hypothesis.With the realization of free form in management as the goal,the paper proposed dimensions and elements of leadership model based on"free-man"hypothesis and analyzed the internal logic relations among constitute dimension of S leadership model:culture dimension,constitute dimension and development dimension.Through analysis of questionnaire scale of previous studies,it analyzed and summarized 16 influencing factors,which constitute S leadership model.Through empirical study,16 influencing factors of S leadership model can be classified into 3 categories,that is,culture factor,constitute factor and development factor respectively.Through empirical analysis,S leadership model is adaptable for 3 dimension frame structure.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,the paper put forward concepts of initial leadership and collaborative leadership and build S leadership model system.Finally,it expound the application principle,basic requirements and application process of S leadership model.The paper tried to discuss"free" management process under the S leadership model framework,analyzed the relationship between the initial leadership and collaborative leadership,revealed forming process of "free"state of the employees and enterprises and proposed shared leadership strategies at different stages of "free" management process.The paper applied the theoretical system and application principle of S leadership model to analyze the corporate culture and leadership model of company A.
