Commercial bank is the core of the financial industry composition and bank outlets is operation of commercial bank based and participate in the forefront of the market competition, different commercial banks under the jurisdiction of outlets in function with a high degree of similarity. Bank branch manager as a team leader, the level of its leadership has an important impact on the management of the network. According to the bank network operation and management of special, specialized building highlight the key elements of leadership competency model for network manager, the network manager selection and leadership development, and thus enhance the outlets value creation ability has important significance.This paper in the combing and analysis of the basic theories of enterprise leadership, the CB commercial bank network manager leadership competency model construction and improvement of research:one is of CB Commercial Bank branch manager to organize the management present situation, from the management structure, personnel selection, performance appraisal, training and promotion are analyzed. Two is based on the questionnaire survey data statistics and results analysis, to explore the construction of the CB commercial bank network manager leadership quality model. The third is in the analysis and demonstration of the network manager leadership foundation to enhance the work of the importance of on, around and use the leadership competency model, from the campus recruitment, new staff training, network manager selection, network manager, training of CB Commercial Bank branch manager leadership to enhance the work of the proposed scheme is proposed.In this paper, the author proposes:"professional, quality and ability, can taste" of the "three" determines the level of network manager leadership, and the network manager, serving the leadership of play and improvement of different degree of influence. Combined with questionnaire survey and CB commercial banks, puts forward nine of the largest key ability and quality effect of "three" and in the order of importance.
