Bank branch manager as a team leader, the level of its leadership has an important impact on the management of the network. According to the bank network operation and management of special, specialized building highlight the key elements of leadership competency model for network manager, the network manager selection and leadership development, and thus enhance the outlets value creation ability has important significance.This paper in the combing and analysis of the basic theories of enterprise leadership, the CB commercial bank network manager leadership competency model construction and improvement of research:one is of CB Commercial Bank branch manager to organize the management present situation, from the management structure, personnel selection, performance appraisal, training and promotion are analyzed. Two is based on the questionnaire survey data statistics and results analysis, to explore the construction of the CB commercial bank network manager leadership quality model.
