This case study is about to provide a strategic plan for the Family of Health Co,Ltd.,a medical device company which just experienced the transformation from the traditional channels and sale to internet plus mode.It suffered from the biased policy but not it has find its own way to make the increase.There are four parts in this case analysis.Firstly there will be the macro environment analysis to identify the threat and opportunities,especially the policy transit and the demand transit.Secondly,this case will have a look at the inner company status to recognize the strength and weakness.In the third part,TOWS analysis is held to provide the enterprise a strategic solution.In the last part,we will look forward to the overall Chronic disease management and Rehabilitation medicine segments to see the company's feasibility there.The main method used in this case study is interviews,survey and secondary research.Overall,this case study provide our company a strategic plan based on the practical situation and the concept of "Omni Channel".
