A Comparative Study On The Competitiveness Of Service Outsourcing In Hefei City

As one of the Chinese modle city of service outsourcing,Hefei has developed rapidly on service outsourcing industry in recent years.However,as for horizontal comparison,there is still a large gap between Hefei city and other modle cities.So it is quite necessary to study reasons and try to solve.This thesis starts with the current development situation of service outsourcing in Hefei city,finds problems existing,studies what influence service outsourcing industry in Hefei city and analyses comparatively competitiveness between Hefei city and other modle cities,and makes a conclusion in the end.At last,put forward suggestions on enhancing service outsourcing competitiveness of Hefei city according to the empirical analysis results.The result shows that although there are rich human resources and related industries support in Hefei city,they are not used effectively.Besides,levels of economic development and the construction of infrastructure are inferior seriously to the average of modle cities,which result in the weak service outsourcing competitiveness of Hefei city in the end.What's more,the empirical analysis result of what influence service outsourcing competitiveness of Hefei city shows that market scale,the proportion of third industry are positive related to service outsourcing competitiveness.In order to enhance service outsourcing industry competitiveness,this thesis suggests on the aspects of goverment,industry and enterprise.There are six chapters in the thesis.The first chapter mainly introduces background of topic,research significance,domestic and international research status and innovation and scarcity existing.The second chapter introduces basic concept about service outsourcing and competitiveness theory to support analysis in the thesis.The third chapter introduces the current development situation of service outsourcing and problems existing in Hefei city,and compares service outsourcing industry development among modle cities after introducing the current development situation of service outsourcing among modle cities except Hefei city.The forth chapter firstly improves Diamond Modle when it applies to service outsourcing industry,then chooses six representative factors from five aspects of modle improved to analyze empirically how these factors influence the development of service outsourcing in Hefei city.The fifth chapter firstly refines competitive evaluation index of Diamond Modle improved,then analyses empirically industrial competitiveness of service outsourcing among Hefei city and other modle cities by Factor Analysis,and finally finds the development gap of service outsourcing in Hefei city according to the ranking result.The sixth chapter puts forward suggestions on enchancing service outsourcing industry competitiveness in Hefei city from the aspects of goverment,industry and enterprise according to research conclusion.
