Research On Relationship Between Chinese Industrial Structure And Employment Structure

In China’s economic development process,to achieve industrial upgrading and completion of employment growth is one of the two main issues.At present,there are many problems in the process of industrial development in China.These problems had a negative impact on industrial structure and employment in China.In this context,the analysis and study of China’s industrial structure and the relationship between the employment structure,has important practical urgency.Industrial entities are the carrier of employment,while employment depends on the existence of industrial entities.The development and change of industrial structure have a strong impact on the employment status.When the ind ustrial structure evolves,the employment structure needs to be adjuste d accordingly.As the world’s most populous country,the number of employment in China is not only related to the level of economic development,but also with the prosperity and stabili ty of society is closely related.Review the process of China’s industrial structure and employment structure’s change since the reform and opening up.On the whole,China’s industrial structure has developed rapidly,and its transformation process is basically consistent with the evolution of the classical industrial structure.The trend of China’s employment structure is similar to the industrial structure,but the degree of adjustment and speed are different.In particular,due to the change of employment structure in general,lagging behind China’s industrial structure,resulting in a certain structural deviation between the two.It can be seen that the degree of coordination between China’s industrial structure and employment structure is not satisfactory.This paper will conduct an empirical study on the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure.Through this study,it is possible to clarify how the employment situation will change in the process of industrial upgrading,which c an be more conducive to the simultaneous development of China’s employment scale and economic growth through the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This is of great practical significance to solve the problems of the existing employment st ructure conversion and the deviation of idle labor supply and market demand,and will effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the coordinated development of employment.In this paper,it is concluded that the deviation of industrial-employment structure is strong in all regions.In the eastern and central regions,the industrial-employment structure deviation of the tertiary industry is influenced by the speed of industrial development strongly.In general,the eastern and central regions are characterized by similar analysis.While the growth rate of the primary industry in the western region is strongly influenced by the deviation of the industrial-employment structure.In this paper,the author suggests that China go vernment should invest more in labor education and technological progress,and give policy support to the development of the tertiary industry in the western region.This paper will take the literature review method and the econometric analysis method,and combine the theoretical analysis with the empirical analysis.
