Analysis Of The Factors Affecting The Sales Of Public Welfare Lottery Tickets And Public Welfare Funds In Taiwan, China

As a special financial instrument,lottery has a strong financial attributes.And lottery is an important part of the financial market.Public welfare lottery is the official lottery in Taiwan.It was issued in December 1999.The purpose of public welfare lottery in Taiwan province is similar with Public welfare lottery in mainland China.The beneficiaries are elderly,physically and mentally handicapped and other vulnerable groups.China's Taiwan region of the public lottery has formed a more complete and stable distribution system in China's Taiwan region.Through the preliminary statistical analysis,we found that the sale of public welfare lottery in Taiwan is not only related to macroeconomic factors,but also related to regional social factors.The same regional social factors also affect the expenditure of lottery.Therefore,on the basis of exploring the relationship between macroeconomic factors and sales volume of public welfare lottery,this paper research the influence of regional social factors on sales volume of public welfare lottery and the influence of regional social factors on the expenditure of lottery welfare fund,and get the corresponding conclusion.This paper first analyzes the monthly data of China's Taiwan regional public welfare lottery in 2007 and the main macroeconomic indicators and the Spring Festival variables in China Taiwan,and draws the corresponding conclusions.Based on the study of the social regional factors,the corresponding sales density and sales depth were calculated according to the lottery sales data of 19 counties and cities in Taiwan in the period of 2007 to 2015,and the data model of the variable interception solid effect panel was constructed further and the regional social factors,At the same time,according to the per capita income,19 areas were divided into three groups by level of education,to explore the social factors in different groups within the social factors on the impact of public welfare lottery sales.Then,according to the per capita expenditure of lottery and the regional factors,we construct the variable effect panel model of variable intercept,and research the influence of regional social factors on the expenditure of lottery.After analyzing the relative factors of Taiwan's public welfare lottery sales and public welfare expenditure,we get the following conclusions:the effect of average wage income,industrial index,M2 to the sales volume of public welfare lottery is positive,unemployment rate and inflation rate the stock market turnover and public welfare lottery sales were negatively correlated.There was a negative correlation between the unemployment rate,the education level and the sales density of lottery.The proportion of ethnic minorities,the proportion of people over 50 years old,and the per capita disposable income were positively correlated with the sales density of lottery.The influence of the above social factors on the sales depth of lottery ticket is nearly the same as the effect on the sales density of lottery ticket.The difference is that there is a negative correlation between the per capita disposable income and the lottery sales depth.Through the study of the influence of regional social factors on the expenditure of the lottery,we can concluded that the higher the proportion of the aboriginal and the elderly population over 50 years old,the higher the per capita expenditure of the lottery and the public welfare.And they are also some unreasonable phenomenon in Lottery issue:The higher the proportion of the total expenditure of the lottery public welfare funds,the lower the proportion of the government's social welfare expenditure to the total expenditure,the lower the per capita expenditure of the lottery public welfare funds;the higher the level of education,the higher the per capita public welfare expenditure High,away from the purpose of public interest lottery issue.
