Report On Sustainable Development Of Wuhu WW Rural Bank

With the reform and open policy,China's GDP has been growing rapidly,and the quality of more than a billion people's life has been improved significantly.But there's still the undeniable fact that the gap of economic development's level between rural and urban aera becomes larger and larger,especially in the vast rural areas,the number of financial institutions and financial supplement are not a quarter as good as that in city.Mean while,it is extremely urgent that we should solve the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area.In order to devote the economic potential of rural areas and make further efforts to improve the income of farmers as well as the living standards of rural areas,People's Government and Central Bank have taken steps successfully according to the state of our rural aera,the most effective and direct method to solve the problem of rural financial supply and develop the rural finance is the birth of Rural bank.The emergence and the rapid development of the rural bank in ten years have activated rural financial market and financial needs,which also have improved the rural financial organization system.All in all,they have made some contributions and positive impacts to the rural financial development.However,as a newborn thing,especially that when the rural areas need to deepen the development of rural banks,they are still in the initial exploration period,the rural banks in the initial pilot will inevitably encounter a variety of problems,so how to develop properly as well as solve difficulties they have encountered so as to further take root and develop in rural areas,achieve their own sustainable development,improve the local financial environment and improve the level of local economic development are the most significant.This article takes the WuHu WW rural bank as the main point to explore the current situation of the development of rural banks in China,with a certain representative and reference value.The Wuhu WW rural bank is established in 2010,the registered capital is 100 million yuan.It is approved by the Anhui Provincial Banking Regulatory Bureau and mainly sponsored by the province's HS Bank.The Wuhu WW rural bank is like other rural banks,which have got some good results but inevitably encounter some problems.Therefore,this article use WuHu WW rural bank's field research and questionnaire survey to sort out the restriction factors of the further development,combine with the successful initiatives of other rural banks,and put forward specific proposals to make Wuhu WW rural bank to further achieve sustainable development,so it can offer better survice to local residents and small andmedium enterprises and achieve its value,besides we also hope it can offer some reference value to the development of other rural banks.The structure of this paper consists of six components: the first part is the introduction,firstly,the introduction makes a description on the realistic background and the research meaning of this paper,and then summarizes the foreign and domestic scholars' s exploration on rural banks,secondly,it introduces the theory of sustainable development as well as the writing ideas,besides,it illustrates the contributions and the shortcomings of rural banks.The second part is mainly based on the current research,which introduces the current status of the Wuhu WW rural bank,and analyzes the current status of the bank's development,it's mainly based on Yaron framework that can analys its performance and examine its sustainable development capacity.The third part is mainly on making a brief instruction and anasizing the results of the research situation.The fourth part is mainly based on the above analysis as well as sums up the Wuhu WW rural bank's current problems and analyzes the related reasons.The fifth part mainly draws on the successful experiences at home and abroad,including the Grameen Bank and China's Yilong Huimin Rural Bank,and analyzes their main successful measurements in development,and sums up some experience and inspiration.The sixth part is a brief summary of the development of the bank of the Wuhu WW rural bank,and it is based on the analysis of this research and the successful measurements of other banks,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to realize the sustainable development of the Wuhu WW rural bank,which can be divided into seven parts:firstly,it should strengthen the brand promotion and improve the popularity among local residents;Secondly,it should widening the sources of fund channel;Thirdly,it shoule optimize the assessment mechanism to enhance the service capacity of employees;Fourthly,it should further improve its position of “issues of agriculture and farmer and rural area”and serve their target customers;Fifthly,it should the increase in business outlets appropriately,improve rural areas coverage and enhance its own ability;Sixthly,it should apply to join the central bank credit system,and introduce the Alipay sesame credit;Seventhly,it should promote multi-party cooperation actively and learn from innovative credit model,to achieve win-win situation.
